After that, rinse your lips with warm water and apply a generous amount of any of our yummy flavored lip oils, and you're done.

Shipping Info

After order are FULFILLED and brought to the POST OFFICE shipping should take between 2-7 business days.Due to COVID-19 please understand that shipping may take longer than usual but once the packages are at the post office and out of OUR hands we have ZERO control and responsibility of what happens after.If packages are lost or stolen , please contact USPS so they can come to a resolution as far as trying to find your package or simply refunding you your money.

Processing Time

Processing time takes up to 3-4 days. Once we have fully received your payment and it is submitted, THEN your order will be fulfilled and shipped out.Orders won't be fulfilled or shipped out until we receive the payments.

Due to COVID-19 , we have a NO return / exchange policy, which means we will not be accepting any request to return items.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us or USPS immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

As of right now , our company has decided to make all sales FINAL. When it comes to packages going missing , no longer wanting the products, and wanting a refund , you can contact USPS and THEY will work something out with you since it was out of our hands and control. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
