Refund policy

Due to COVID-19 , we have a NO return / exchange policy, which means we will not be accepting any request to return items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us or USPS immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
As of right now , our company has decided to make all sales FINAL. When it comes to packages going missing , no longer wanting the products, and wanting a refund , you can contact USPS and THEY will work something out with you since it was out of our hands and control. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
